Terms of Service

The terms under which 1xAi provides access to third-party AI models from inside Iran.

This is a translation. The Persian text at 1xai.ir/terms is the binding version. Where the two differ, the Persian governs.

What the service is

1xAi is an API proxy and chat service that gives access, from inside Iran, to the AI models of these makers (edition 1.2, 31 October 2026, which names them all and changes no obligation):

OpenAI (GPT models), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) and DeepSeek: from the maker itself; part of the Claude and GPT traffic passes through a server we run ourselves.
xAI (Grok), Moonshot (Kimi), Zhipu (GLM), Alibaba (Qwen), MiniMax and Tencent (Hunyuan): through an API reseller.

We compute each model’s Toman price from the current USD rate plus a markup on each provider’s own rate. From 27 October 2026 (5 Aban 1405) the markup depends on the model: 15% on flagship models, 30% on the small low-cost models and 20% on every other model; and an account whose wallet spent more than 5,000,000 Toman in the last 30 days pays at most 15% on every model. Before that date the markup is 20% on every model. Where a rate has been agreed for an account, that rate applies. The markup covers infrastructure, maintenance and Persian-language support.

1xAi is independent of all of these makers and of the reseller. It is not a partner or an official reseller of any of them.

Acceptable use

The service may be used for lawful purposes only. The following are prohibited:

Sending unsolicited messages (spam) or generating deceptive content at scale.
Generating unlawful or abusive content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
Evading rate limits by opening multiple parallel accounts.
Sharing an API key with third parties for commercial use.
Any use that conflicts with the terms of the relevant upstream provider.
Attempting to intrude on, overload, or damage the service infrastructure.
Knowingly exploiting an error in pricing, billing or balance controls to obtain services without paying the stated price.

Violating these may result in suspension or closure of the account.

Billing and payment

The service runs on a prepaid wallet.

Adding credit: With an Iranian bank card through the Zarinpal or Digipay gateway, or by card-to-card transfer with a receipt. Your balance updates immediately after a successful gateway payment; a card-to-card top-up after its receipt is checked.
Charges: Billable services are priced by model, usage and the published rate. For longer jobs such as video generation, an amount may be reserved before submission and the final charge recorded after the outcome is known. A job accepted and processed by a provider may be billable even if you do not retrieve its result.
Refunds: Unused balance can be requested back through the contact form. The fee of the gateway you paid with is deducted from the refunded amount. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the last top-up.

A personal account ordinarily receives service up to its available credit. If a technical error records usage beyond that credit, we review the usage, applicable price and acceptance records, and provide a way to dispute it before seeking payment. This does not authorize knowingly exploiting a system error.

Accounts and API keys

Treat an API key like an account password. Keep it confidential, share it only with authorized people, and revoke it in the dashboard and contact support if it is exposed or used suspiciously. Requests made with your key appear in your account records. Responsibility for disputed charges is assessed in light of authorization, the information shown before use, and system behavior.

An account and financial commitments must be accepted by a person with legal capacity or permission from their legal representative. If a child or another person can use your account, revoke or restrict their key.

Billing errors and disputes

If you dispute an amount, model, number of requests or access to your account, contact us through the contact form with the transaction ID or time period. We review usage logs, response status, recorded rates and payments, then record our finding and any correction in the account. A dispute is not rejected solely because time has passed or you continued using the service.

Changes to these terms govern only use after the new version takes effect. The version applicable to a request and evidence of its acceptance matter in a dispute. Publishing new terms does not create a debt or payment authorization for past usage.

Availability

If an upstream provider (a model maker or the reseller) goes down or stops responding, our service is affected too. 1xAi is not responsible for such outages.

Maintenance: Announced at least 24 hours in advance.
Support: During business hours, through the contact form or by email. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without any express or implied warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, 1xAi is not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue. This clause does not remove statutory consumer rights, the right to dispute a bill, or responsibility for our own errors.

Changes to pricing

We may change the markup or the pricing. If we do:

We announce changes to our markup or calculation method on the site before they take effect. Exchange rates and provider rates may change; the applicable rate is shown on the pricing page when a request is made.
A new rate applies only to requests made after it takes effect.
Latest change, from 27 October 2026 (5 Aban 1405), 00:00 Tehran time, announced on the pricing page from 19 October 2026 (27 Mehr 1405): the per-model markup in section 1, and a card-to-card top-up bonus of 10% instead of 20% (a request submitted before that time keeps its 20%).
Existing wallet credit remains denominated in Toman; later usage is priced at the rate applicable when it is made.
If you do not accept the new prices, you may reclaim your unused balance.

Termination

1xAi may suspend or close an account without prior notice if these terms are violated. If an account is closed unfairly, the remaining balance is refunded.
