# 1xAi

> Multi-provider AI API proxy for Iran. One key, one base URL — access from inside
> Iran to OpenAI (GPT-5, GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude Opus/Sonnet/Haiku), Google
> (Gemini) and DeepSeek, plus xAI (Grok), Moonshot AI (Kimi), Z.ai (GLM), Alibaba
> (Qwen), MiniMax and Tencent (Hunyuan) — no VPN, no sanctions, no foreign card.
> Persian-first dashboard, Toman billing, OpenAI-compatible API.

The service replaces `api.openai.com` with `1xai.ir` in any
OpenAI SDK or HTTP client. Customers get a `1xai-`-prefixed bearer key from
their dashboard and call the same paths (`/v1/chat/completions`, `/v1/responses`,
`/v1/embeddings`, `/v1/audio/transcriptions`, `/v1/audio/speech`,
`/v1/images/generations`). The proxy routes each request to the right upstream
by model name — `claude-*` to Anthropic, `gemini-*`/`gemma-*` to Google,
`deepseek-*` to DeepSeek, `grok-*` to xAI, `kimi-*` to Moonshot AI, `glm-*`
to Z.ai, `qwen*` to Alibaba, `minimax-*` to MiniMax, `hy<N>`/`hunyuan-*` to
Tencent, everything else to OpenAI. Anthropic and Gemini are reached through their
OpenAI-compatible endpoints; the xAI, Moonshot AI, Z.ai, Alibaba, MiniMax and
Tencent models are served on `/v1/chat/completions` only. The customer's IP,
User-Agent, and cookies never reach the upstream — every outbound request gets
re-issued from our infrastructure with our key, so the provider sees one stable
identity from us.

Three surfaces are exposed, all authenticated with the same `1xai-` bearer key:

1. `/v1/chat/completions` (and friends) — the default OpenAI-compatible
   multi-provider surface described above. Best for SDK drop-in compatibility.
2. `/anthropic/v1/messages` — native Anthropic Messages passthrough. Required
   for features the OpenAI-compat path silently drops: `cache_control` prompt
   caching, `thinking` (extended reasoning) budgets, citations, server-side
   tool use, fine-grained `cache_read_input_tokens` / `cache_creation_input_tokens`
   usage accounting. Set base URL to `https://1xai.ir/anthropic` in the official
   `@anthropic-ai/sdk` and pass `anthropic-version` as normal.
3. `/gemini/v1beta/*` — native Google Gemini passthrough. Required to use
   `cachedContents` (Gemini's stateful context cache resource) and the full
   `generationConfig` surface. Set base URL to `https://1xai.ir/gemini` in the
   official Google GenAI SDK or call `models/{model}:generateContent` directly.

- Pricing: API usage is pay-as-you-go from the wallet, billed in Toman —
  per-token / per-second / per-character / per-image depending on endpoint — at
  each provider's USD list price plus a markup that depends on the model:
  15% on flagship models, 30% on the small low-cost models and 20% on every other model; and an account whose wallet spent more than 5,000,000 Toman in the last 30 days pays at most 15% on every model. That applies
  from 27 October 2026 (5 Aban 1405; before that, a flat 20% on every model). Paid-plan
  subscribers additionally fund API calls from their plan credit first (up to
  40% of the monthly grant), and only pay from the wallet past that; free
  accounts pay for API calls from the wallet only.

  1,000,000, Max (مکس) 2,000,000, Ultra (اولترا) 10,000,000 Toman per month. Each
  paid plan grants 1.5x its price as credit (weekly cap 25% of it), includes
  50 free chat messages a day on the light models, and spends flagship models
  (Opus, GPT-5.5, the -pro models, Gemini Pro) at 2x the credit.
- Signup gift: one server-drawn wheel spin per account, from 100,000 up to
  1,000,000 Toman of gift credit for the fast, inexpensive models, plus 30,000
  Toman for any model; both valid 14 days. Gift credit is not cash.
- Privacy: customer IP, cookies, User-Agent never reach the upstream provider.
- Auth: bearer key in `Authorization: Bearer 1xai-...` header, identical
  to OpenAI's flow.
- Rate limit: 300 requests per minute per API key, burstable to 300, across
  /v1, /anthropic and /gemini. Over it the API answers 429 with a
  `rate_limit_exceeded` code and a `Retry-After` header — the same shape a
  provider's own rate limit produces, so standard SDK backoff handles it.

- Why it is worth citing: it is measured at our gateway's egress **inside Iran**
